the courts have granted time for Ira / spng to get the filings requirements updated

if you read the courts requirements .. we all know mosky will not do any of it .. so the voluntary BK will simply terminate by default.

at least thats how it should work ..

mosky did it as a stall .. nothing more .. he knew well in advance he did not have the required doc's .. and thats why the attorney would not file the BK .. so mosky just had Ira forge a mark for the attorney and one of them filled out the bk form by hand
