FA, oh my God, that is NOT a H&S - the two shoulders need to be nearly identical in appearance/height (not the case here, not even by a mile), and the left shoulder can ONLY be built after a decent/prolonged rally (and certainly CANNOT be that huge [bear] market bottom in Oct/02-Mar/03), the neckline needs to be horizontal / nearly horizontal (not even close), and most important, either Shoulder CANNOT be higher than the Head (as you have it) - CANNOT; otherwise is NOT a H&S.
