It looks like the attorney dictated the letter to Mosky and Mosky typed it up (with grammatical error) and the lawyer filed it. If the attorney is smart, he'll wash his hands of this whole sordid interaction before he gets entangled further in Mosky's web of deceit, fraud, forgery, and lies.

Mosky is the client from hell that you never want. No matter how much they pay you. It is just not worth the risk and hassle. Clients like Mosky are like suicide bombers, they blow themselves up butt take a lot of other people with them. You don't want to be anywhere near them.
