Ordinarily you are correct. The problem, Ken, is Lumb relies on folks to be "patient"; waiting for the next "deal" to come...hoping this time the deal is "for real".

Ken, the ugly reality is Lumb isn't out for shareholders..he's out for himself. And as long as he is allowed to issue stock on the exchange, there will be people like me to speak out against him and his stocks.
