Why does everyone ignore the fact that FHH Sino is effectively purchasing 60% of the company's voting shares value via preferred shares?

I mean do we just evaporate that 60% as being insignificant.

I made that post in regards to 0.0054 and stand by it as being a nice target; anyone talking about 0.20 or whatever isn't exactly showing how much it values the company at, so they likely just picked something that sounds nice.

For example, if I owned 5 Million shares and this went to 0.20 I have got a cool million in my pocket ... that's their justification.

Not saying it couldn't, but the appraised value is 54 Million .... if we hit 0.20 and only factored in the (last count of the) outstanding shares it gives us a value of 540 Million ... not saying it couldn't but let's try and keep some sanity here.
