Well you saw it coming as well. My friend who is a cardiologist shorted VVUS because he thinks any drugs that has the potential to increase heart rate should be very thoroughly studied. There were 4 heart attacks in Qnexa arm and non in placebo. He believes the heart attack is likely caused by phertermine. However, its the birth defect potential of topomax that killed Qnexa IMO. Sorry for turtle and biomaven. However, their position is small and at a very low price so it probably didn't hurt that much.

I should have taken some profit this morning on ARNA though lol. I guess I am glad that I bought back all the trading positions of ARNA at 3.75 when the stock was tanking. I think when people digest the panel's comment tonight they will realize Lorcaserin addresses all the cocerns of the panel members.
