Bullshit. Please show us a single PR, filing, facebook quote, or even remote hint anywhere that the purchase was officially closed yet.
The purchase is about to close apparently. It is being leased in the process much like a house is sometimes rented from the previous owners while the purchase is closing. It seems pretty straight forward and simple to me to understand.
