Maybe English is my 5th language or something, but I fail to see how those two statements contradict each other even remotely. Quote 1 says temporary lease payments being made until purchase closes expected Mid July Quote 2 says a purchase will be made in the future Unless Mid July isn't the future and means something else than I thought in English, there isn't even a remote contradiction there.
