Sounds like you guys are given the leeway to decide for yourselves what does and does not violate the agreement. And it's just what I've been suggesting: have a looser interpretation of the rules, so that posters on this board aren't suffocating from the moderation.
That's it. You've been warned. If quality posters leave the forum due to your decisions (even though they may be well placed), don't say I didn't warn you.
