Here are the two confidential areas from the 5-17-10 Form 10-Q (link below). Looks like these are related to the Biovail deal. The confidential portions are within the 'Asset Purchase Agreement' (dex10116.htm) and the 'License Agreement' (dex10117.htm).

There were probably just some details that Biovail and/or the Univ of Alberta (who has the original RD rights/patents) wanted to keep confidential.

Perhaps Neuro might have some insights.
