simple answer...

we are starving for good news...anything.

I'm not sold that we are even in discussions with the principals in this situation. BP, gov, etc.

This is simply a situation that would warrant our attention as a company and is a good smokescreen to drive up the stock price with speculation.

I will be very happily shocked should something come out of it.
