It looks like in addition to the reinstatement, the officers have changed as well. Previously I believe it was Arthur Viola. Now it is Robert J Andersen and team.

This is the same crew and at the same address as Med-Gen (MDIN). My bet is this very well may be one of MDIN's wholly owned subsidiaries looking to go public.
