Another outright lie. You are forgeting that the tape business was John Bordynuik, INC. Here is the financials for that tape business that JBII bought from John. Losses of $1.1million. Thank you.

http://google.brand.edgar-online.com/displayfilinginfo.aspx?FilingID=6530564-17450-18417&type=sect&TabIndex=2&companyid=759947&ppu=%252fdefault.aspx%253fcompanyid%253d759947

Wrong. There were no losses from the tape biz. There were only losses for the Data segment which included P2O.

You are making up losses in a way far worse than forgetting to put the word "annualized" in a document from a year ago that almost nobody looked at.

The losses from NASA revenue were many many times that revenue. Tape biz has over $1 million in losses since inception according to the SEC. Customer base for a losing business is not worth much. He didn't pay for the customer base anyway. The transaction was an asset sale only. This was done in my opinion in attempt to hide the FACT that the tape business never made any money. I think John forgot that all the tape business financials were made public with the SEC even though it was a private company. I believe the creator of the false stock manipulation brochure didn't do his DD before claiming of the profitable tape business in the brochure. It is VERY LIKELY that the creator did know this as well as knowing the company didn't have earnings of $.18 per share either, but chose to publish the false information in attempt to manipulate the share price anyway.

The dept of Justice and the SEC can only investigate so many cases so I suggest people please call the fraud line below and report this false brochure and the other attempts to manipulate the stock price that have been made repeatedly. The more calls the more likely justice will be served and an end put to the manipulation of JBII stock.

To suggest having a customer base with NASA has any value is silly? ROFL!!!! You further think John's tape reading drives aren't worth more than the cost to build them???? ROFL!!!!

As an example, my friend recently bought a pool cleaning business for around $70,000 -- comes with around $10,000 worth of assets I think he said. He paid $60,000 for the customer base.

To suggest any business assets should be valued only at costs while ignoring its customer base is so laughable it's mindboggling. JBII now has the P2O business as part of this agreement and got it for what will easily prove to be pennies on the mega dollars.
