Timing of the Springs purchase was good,...

as it was designed to acquire complementary assets to exceed the AMEX threshold of $4 Million Shareholder's Equity... To achieve that with 150,000 shares that McBride later PROMISED to replace out of his own pocket, made good sense...

Something to think about when complaining about the 1 Million shares McBride is getting for his patents: the 150K shares were probably worth around $10.00 each or $1.5 Million then, compared to $2 Million now for 1 Million shares... I also believe that these shares provide compensation for his Royalties up to now, although that wasn't clearly explained...
