If all of the nonsense that is going on here, like many big Bk cases, is ever exposed it may signal an end to some of it. The Washington Mutual fiasco and many like it are little by little becoming exposed.

Sontchi has in my opinion shown an absolute bias in his rulings and it is skewed in favor of the debtors. He has shown a propensity to rule against the owners of companies time and time again, as well as at least in this case the employees or former employees of companies.
