Price fluctuations with micro-cap stocks are hard to time with technical analysis and more time is needed to focus on the fundamentals. I held this stock when it was higher and gapped my position lower to maintain my position and minimize losses. The news today should bring another strong rebound. Looking longer term, the risks to this company's plan forward is reduced and that should drive the pps off these levels and maintain a higher premium.
