Me too Mr. The timelines and direction don't always go as planned, but over all, the Den's the place to be. Simply said, as we have many times, it doesn't matter where they set the price at. If the entire team, not the flipper pretend team members, hold on tight, it doesn't matter if the PPS is at .50, .35 or where ever. If we don't sell, they are still terribly short. Too bad quite a few still don't get that simple concept. Ask those that sold GRNO as .20-.30 about 7 or more days ago how good it feels to sell at the low. Same will be said for CDIV, EIGH, and PNTV shortly.
