Its all in how one interprets things. If he goes on Money Tv to let everyone know that the FDA Approval is hinging on a couple more as he may see them simple things to be addressed then while most of us as investors may see that as a set back and being denied, Dean may see it as one step even closer to his goal of reaching an approval. Either way Money Tv is the only way Dean can go into any detail about what is going on. He is not going to go on there and specifically state we have been denied and that sucks. He will take what most see as a negative thing and try and make it as positive forward movement as he can.
