.0038. It's ok, because now that line can continue on, so same apply's, if we can close past .0038 it will look "ok"
Another thing that can happen is, we can close slightly down but not further then .0035. Then Thursdays close needs to definetely be over .0038. & that my friends will have established an uptrend (short term). Not confirmed, big difference.
