There has been some confusion regarding the shareholders meeting, which will not be taking place this month. When we file with the SEC, they require us to put an arbitrary date, but they have yet to approve the proxy filing, which is just minor regulatory compliance issues dealing with a government body. We expect to be approved relatively shortly. You should receive an invitation in the mail, with 30 days notice prior to a shareholders meeting actually taking place. We will also formally announce this via a press release.
