PH, I think that 1Q down outlook not so good, but maybe already baked in as TXN has been grinding down already.
I really don't follow them all that closely, mainly have been keeping an eye on the DLP and Wireless stuff.

I actually used to work for them back in the 70's when they had a goal of producing a $100 home computer. Fortunately they finally wised up and got out of that consumer market!<G>
