puppy, I saw the document where Neiger said he did not sign the petition. So that means??? Moskowitz entered the information himself, put the check mark trying to make the clerk think they were actually being represented by a law firm, when in fact they weren't? Or am I missing something here?

Mosky is blaming the clerk for the check mark .. and I'm sure before its over he will blame Ira ( his VP ) for entering Neiger name as counsel ..
