The ALK-inhibitor is at least several years away from ever seeing an FDA approval. Early 2014? '534 has great promise. The drug works. You won't be getting that FDA approved until late 2011-2012. Ridaforolimus IMO isn't a great drug. I'd be wary of it...and as a long, I am.
