I'm a 34 year old college student without loads of money to invest but I was in business for 10 years (small partnership, not corportate, bad economy forced us to close) running a physical store front and web sales so I can empathize with the management of ENTI. Some shareholders here are like the customer that wins an Ebay auction on Friday, pays for it on Saturday, and emails on Monday wondering why they haven't received their item yet (not joking, it happens a lot).
It sucks to see my investment worth half of what I bought it for but that's all part of the stock market. I had no problem with the last PR, the only thing better would have been that a spokesperson deal was finalized. In every stock I've purchased there's always been people trying to "read between the lines" looking for some positive or negative clue as to what's going on. That opens you up to massive disappointment. Take the PRs at face value and hope the company means exactly what's written.
I agree that the biggest mistake made was listing exact dates. Even if they hadn't, the same arguments/complaints would be going on now. If they had said "we're working towards signing a spokesperson by the end of the summer" people still wouldn't be happy because it hasn't happened yet. The biggest cause of negativity is a downtrend. If ENTI was in an uptrend all you'd be hearing about is "just wait until the spokesperson is announced and we'll fly" and people wouldn't be focusing on "when".
As a former business owner I know you can never please everyone and the loudest voices are always the negative.
