Forgive me if I am wrong here taint-she-sweet but isn't the SEC a federal agency using federal court for their case filings? For those who have had an SEC civil action filed against them, they can not be extracted from that debt by filing bankruptcy.

So tell us all again how the SEC is not involved here based on this filing? If these were as you say, every con under SEC investigation would simply file for bankruptcy. Yet they don't because it doesn't work as you say.
