No way out ..courts will appoint a appointed trustee for SPNG.
no way will spng ever file another sec report - so revoking the registration will be next.

The insiders are out at Dicon BK trustee now in charge and mosky is on the way out next - replaced by the new BK trustee soon to be appointed by the courts

and in 99.9%% of public company bk's the common share holder is wiped out, Especially, in one where the insiders sold 3 billion shares in secret.
