Warm Mineral Springs?

Has anyone heard anymore info on the springs deal? We were led to believe that a PR was due out after the open house about this transaction? I have not seen anything?

Questions I have?

Has the deal closed? or Was it made when the stock price was much higher therefor not going to close as it was written originally?

Why purchase a part of the spring? I dont see the connection between the companies? Dont you think the shares would be beter off used for production of SEVU or to pay down payables? or as incentives to the new team?

SEVU needs to concentrate on core products, Stop the dillution? Produce money & shares for secureview production and or incentives to employee's?
