for the year. Stocks will slowly sink, shorts will not be aggressive fearing a rally, and longs will be frustrated as the market sinks, slowly taking profit in positions they have and re-investing in stocks that have promise but still sink.

I could see a major bounce this summer though. Starting in June/July that could recover 50% of the winter/spring decline.

That would mark the second wave up of this first wave decline.
