OT : We often have more evaporation on land than at sea : grass, trees, and sometimes even more heat. Thus, even after she hits lanfall, Lady Lili may still keep up its deadly dance before her own downdrafts cool off her own floor.

Now,I can't tell her to slow down, 'cause I have nothing worth telling (doing) her... which is not exactly true for tornadoes, for which I have a case in the "to be patented" files.
