Again, Scottrade is starting to be a problem. They have millions of customers and right now it will not allow ENTI orders to be placed over the internet, you have to call a broker. I just tried it with my account, I am going to email them immediately. This could be costing us volume because some people might think there is something wrong with it if Scottrade has disabled this option for their online account.
