I can confirm that the attorney I was sitting next to, from Elliot Greenleaf, told me he had received word they were in chambers about the examiner. Another poster on one of the boards and I were talking during the recess and an attorney he spoke to told him that one of the creditors (I thought one of the noteholders) said "they should have held out for more". This whole time, many people were talking and settlement came up several times, both from knowledgeable and possibly less so attendees. Beyond this, it is my observations and thoughts that I have extended...and my friends and children will verify that there is no confirmation as to my sanity.
