I can't say what it is...but I will tell you that in the 4 or 5 hearings I've been to for WAMU, I've never felt the atmosphere like this or seen the reactions from the attorneys like today. Too much hush-hush. Even a tongue lashing from JMW would not have taken so long, and I don't know why she wouldn't have done that in court. She hasn't shied away from questioning Rosen in the past...there are two things I can think of...1)she wanted to hear from each party about whether or not they've had or given access to documents or 2) she was facilitating a discussion about numbers...

If it were the former, how long would that take?? My feeling is that there are side deals that need to be agreed to and then they can talk settlement. All IMHO
