It has been proven time and time again that Rosen will not provide the necessary docs. Now today I smell something different. The reason is that Sussman agreed to this delay. I don't think he would of agreed if it was the same old story about Rosen turning in Docs. The sealed doc must of done something. I think it would be another absolute waste of time for Sussman waiting for docs. That's because he wont get it. JMW can't seem to force Rosen to turn it over. So the examiner would of been the only option. AIMO
