I was told via a PM by smitter that he would update the Ibox today with the current share structure. It appears to me that he has all but given up on this stock for the past couple weeks and for the time being. I won't ask him again because I won't hound him. I do believe that dilution is still going on, the large even blocks at the bid along with the continued downward trend with accumulation/distrubution are the leading indicators for me. Until that turns around this stock won't move.

I will keep an eye on it and invest as soon as it turns northward.
