Yeah, it's still moot. If I were so inclined, I wouldn't need a video weeks later to make me realize help was needed there. I'd already be there. There are those who do and those who watch.
It's like watching starving people in Africa and saying, "ooooh that's a shame, someone should do something".
So how do you know your woman on video is reporting the truth?
