UST to send out solicitation letters.

Based on somewhat stale information, the UST was encountering obstacles in obtaining a shareholder list from the company. The SEC was providing assistance.

It took 26 days to get the OCC restructured.

I will attempt to make contact today in an effort to obtain an update.
