If anyone is looking to practice trading the Fs outside of market hours, consider looking into the Think or Swim trading platform. Entire days can be played back, tick by tick, and trades executed in a virtual account- keeping track of gains or losses. It took me a bit to get it set up. I needed to watch a few of the tutorials to figure out where everything was -BUT it is so, so helpful.
