To be honest, i dont think it matters. This would be like predicting an election. It goes without saying that no one is happy with the POR. Then to ad insult to injury they put in that penalty if you dont agree to it. Same thing with Tronox today, they filed a por and stockholders get cancelled, dont even get 27 cents worth, and will only get out of the money warrants if they vote for it.
