BoP,

You adapted quickly and because you had not interacted inappropriately with a large group, you've been able to move on without excessive baggage.

Yes, I really only have had a major problem with one person which I'm sure you are aware of the reasons. There have been others that I don't get along well with, but nothing I consider serious a problem.

Finding out what caused his incarceration this time is proving a difficult task for a number of people (myself included). Something fishy is going on here, fred doesn't seem to know why Joe is here this time and clearly is befuddled on what to do with him. An understandable position as I would have difficulty handling Joe were I in Fred's shoes. I've seen Joe post about Stocks and not a person, and I've seen joe get very personal when he shouldn't have.

Maybe I can shed some light here as I TOSd one of his posts just prior to his incarceration. He was NOT being provoked and had not even been addressed by the person he posted to. Also, the person he post to and about is a well respected member of iHub. Yet Joe made snide remarks about that person instead of sticking to the stock/issue. To go a step further, my observation is that he was looking to aggravate. Just recently he admittedly "toyed" with scu to the point of really inflaming him. That is the crux of his problem IMO. Of course I have no idea if any of this is the actual reason Matt threw him in jail. But it is why I agree with him being here.

Seems to me that Matt is trying to give Joe another chance after having been thrown in jail many times before. He's promised to behave before without success. So more promises is just the same ole thing. What do you think should be terms for release?
