Nice article, it is a new rush. There are a ton of new projects in 2010 going on out there. Besides, the gulf is going to shut down again in my opinion....we have a strong anti-oil anti-affordabnle energy administration. People are trying to get that onshore while they can while the attention is all on the gulf.
