CCM, what is your estimated cost to drill to the San Andres Reservoir?

My estimate is $500,000 per well. 20 acre infill should produce 20-40 BOPD.

20 BOPD @ 70/oil @ .875NRI is close to a 1 year payback. Any more than 20BOPD is a quicker payback.
