Well since there is no bid. There are nothing but buys. Someone is dumping. How it happens is this. Someone has, lets say 17 billion shares. They call an MM and tell them "i want to sell 17 billion shares of FFGO. I will take .00006 for each share. MM then starts to dump and makes money on the spread. Pretty simple. NITE makes a ton of money trading pinks and OTC. There is no reason to do anything illegal

Stupidity in large numbers doesn't equal smart
