DPTR promoted Carl Lakey to chief executive of the small oil and gas explorer. The company also announced the resignation of its chief operating officer and terminated its effort to sell a 37.5% stake in the heavily indebted company to Opon International LLC. Shares fell 8.3% to 72 cents premarket.
