They have hired facilitators to pump, and thay are doing so. the dilution is a simple result of Cillo having exhausted the shares and required to create more. It is a circle, he will do so again and again and again ,as he he has done in the past. Not unlike 99.9% of all pinky stocks/scams. just simply review the facts which can be verified, look at promises in all past PR's and weigh where EFLN is today.
