From what I can see, I agree with you that the bigger Wave 3 has started. I believe that first dip was Wave 1 of 5 waves inside the bigger Wave 3. So, we should get a Wave 2 pop that will retrace 61.8% of the initial drop. Hmmm...maybe 10,200 or so?
