how Intel is suspect based on Dell guiding revenue expectations higher

Intel has come in on the low side of range for several quarters, Dell on high side for I think 2 quarters. Average selling prices of Intel processors keeps dropping. Dell trys to load up sales price with configuration, warrantee, speakers, printers, software etc. None of that extra stuff goes to Intel. As I was posting to (#msg-30938), most of Dell's sales gains are at the expense of HPQ, IBM and GTW. Total unit sales of CPUs have been pretty flat for last 2 years. It is clear that Dell is gaining market share but Intel isn't selling much more product.
