WHY DO FLOAT LOCK DOWN's not work?!?

1. Unorganized.
2. Dilution
3. Rotten CEO's
4. Lying Teammates
5. Not one clear pick, aka doing 2-3 flds at once. ( teams that spread thin) bad idea imho.
6. Share structure too large.... Perfect example is PNTV
