IMHO the only reason for a R/S would be to put them on a major board or to drive away some of the shorts, who may be keeping this stock down. for the most part they are still viewed pretty negatively. If the company and its subsidiaries become more transparent, show some real revenue and the news picks-up the pps will climb.
Actually, like someone else said before a R/S after doing a forward split really doesn't make any sense. The solution that I prefer and is usually viewed as a positive thing...is a stock buyback. This would reduce the outstanding shares and would help quell the dilution.
