Darwin, Thank you for your insight of SH’s background. I have been contacted by one of his past associates and he shared with me that SH is morally devastated by the position he has placed himself into. I am not out to crucify him on a cross, I’m just trying to get these people to run this corporation as a corporation is meant to be operated, with the consent of the shareholders on ALL major business decisions pertaining to the direction of the company. Not the non reporting, no voting and dislocating practices they have implemented over the past two years.

SH made some major business errors, namely the convertible debt load and the “loan shark” term that came with it. These are mistakes that he may have made without knowing what he was really getting into, but then he is attempting to hide from the truth by going non-reporting.

Unfortunately he made the same mistakes with ALL four companies, this tells me he wasn’t getting his money’s worth with the consultation fees. He should have gone outside the family.

Now I believe they registered the business in Colorado to buffer them selves further from liability for their actions. Their lack of communication with shareholders is a result of “Lawyering-Up”.

If Humphries is truly a man of faith, then I encourage him to “Man-up” and ask for forgiveness and our help, not run from us and the truth.
