That post identified exactly how I felt about the situation.

The parts I agreed with and tried to communicate to Fred about the most were:

But until that person has a TRUE desire to change there ways you are wasting your time and theirs.

Once they have learned the consequences of their actions they will then decide what is best for them.

But Joe is no fool and knows the rope is short and the drop is long this time.
